Underground

A good standard setting for underground locations, is to set all the parameters of Ground Ambient Color to zero and reduce the Sky Ambient Color as you desire.

This creates an dark enviroment and if you think it is too dark, keep in mind to place lights (also the player is surrounded by his personal light).

Ground Fog for Grids

To create a more mystical scenery it is a good idea to add some ground fog to a grid. This is best done by using the Height Fog setting.

Bottom Height 0 + ground level
Top Height 0.5-1.0 + ground level
Density 0.5
